Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greensboro follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My special needs child aged out of pediatric services..Took her here where I go..Once again, the front desk staff mismanaged my dental insurance..She had her first appointment, everything was good, so I thought. She returned for a filing..At this service I learned my child owed $100. Iβm confused because my insurance covers check ups and X-rays. After the appointment I questioned why.? I was told, one part of the X-ray wasnβt covered because she previously had it done before.. So I questioned why would it be done when itβs already been done..This is the point when the lady at the front desk got defensive and rude..She told me, I told them at scheduling that my child hasnβt used this insurance before.. I told her, thatβs completely untrue..! I wouldnβt have ever said that.! Iβve had the same dental insurance since August 2021. At her first visit there, I listed on the paperwork, what dental practice she came from. So, blaming the client is what was done to us..Mismanaging my insurance cost us an unnecessary $100..!! Again, the front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional..My advice to the public, the Doctors here are great but keep a good eye on your insurance when it comes to t

While Dr Hughes and medical staff were wonderful the front desk workers were unprofessional and rude. My concerns were brushed off and no effort was made to assist or resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable for a medical office. As a walk in patient, I have never been treated as rude in a medical office as I was there.

I LOVE Dr.A literally the BEST but sadly this will be my last appointment due to an encounter with the front desk. I called to schedule an appointment after having a root canal and needed to have the final step scheduled. I called the front desk from 805am to 9am and no one answered. I had to have my mother drive down to the office and put me on speakerphone to talk to someone. The lady that addressed both my mother and I was rude and told me to leave a voicemail next time. While that is a great suggestion, my previous voicemail was never returned from last time. I can understand not answering the phone when helping other customers, but unavailable to answer the phone for an entire hour? I see similar complaints in other comments, so I know I am not overreacting. I am the least conformational person you will ever meet, I am so used to just letting things slide but this was just mind blowing. I had my mom sit and watch while I called and no one was at the front desk being assisted. This is unacceptable

The dental practice of Dr. Beatrice Aguero and her dedicated team at Dental Works-Greensboro truly stands out. I couldn't be more thrilled to have finally discovered a trustworthy and high-quality dental office. I have had a full dental exam, dental cleaning, and a mouth guard fitting so far, and each appointment has been seamless. Equipped with the latest technology, they ensure all your dental needs are thoroughly met. The office is pristine, and the practitioners are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, with a wonderful "bedside manner.β The friendly and approachable staff foster a warm yet professional atmosphere, making every visit a positive experience. Plus, they offer excellent referral connections to top providers in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Aguero and her team. If you visit, tell them about Kiesha Speech's rave review!
